To My Valued Listeners,

Music has always been my passion and was my primary career from age 20 through 27. I then chose a teaching career but continued to write and perform professionally in clubs as my schedule allowed. After retiring from a very fulfilling 31-year teaching career in Los Angeles working with blind children, I returned to my hometown of Kalamazoo Michigan with my wife of 30 years, so she could concentrate on pastel painting and I could get back to making music.

I have written dozens of songs over the years. Some were professionally recorded and many were not. So instead of putting my feet up during “retirement” I decided to get to work to try and breathe new life into songs I had written from the age of sixteen to the present. This album entitled “Timeline Trilogy Volume One” is the first of a planned three album project of my original songs.

Like most songwriters, I always put a little piece of my soul into every song I write, and I think every song deserves a voice, even if it takes years to happen. Writing about love, joy, loss and relationships (usually from my own life experience) has generally been my subject of choice.

My greatest desire is that some of you will be touched by one (or more) of my songs and will be able to relate to them in some way. That would be my greatest satisfaction and reward.
